(4) by using the method of approximate design calculation with oxygen filling workshop explosion machine as an example the design of reinforced concrete blast walls structure parameters, explosion mechanics, structure mechanics and impact dynamics as the foundation, through consulting a large number of specifications and documents, explosion energy calculation, the structure under the maximum static load of dynamic load and structural response time, the blast wall structure design for setting up the appropriate blast walls need basic parameters, such as the size of the blast walls, reinforcement and reinforcement ratio, etc.At last, through ANSYS software for simulating the wall, and verify the correctness of the design and calculation;
(5) analysis of the reinforcement ratio of wall itself, depth-span ratio, wall thickness, concrete strength, and by outside shock wave loading time, the influence of the peak load of explosion-proof walls antiknock ability.Then using ANSYS/ls-dyna transient dynamics analysis in the application of blast walls after reinforcement is used to numerically simulate the response of the process.Make full use of the numerical simulation analysis, respectively for strengthening and organic glass, the CFRP and steel plate reinforced concrete blast walls were analyzed and compared three kinds of material impact on explosion-proof wall antiknock ability, so as to provide theoretical basis for the reinforced concrete explosion-proof design and reference data.
